We have a map of Prague for you free of charge.

First aid kit is at hand 24 hours a day at the reception desk. We can arrange a visit of medical specialist in case of a serious injury or illness.

We will store your luggage any time you need.

Wide range of cold and hot drinks and refreshments is available for you daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Dry cleaning and ironing

We reliably arrange laundry, ironing and dry cleaning of your clothing during working days in one day at the latest. Saturday, Sunday and during holidays in one working day.

Shoe cleaning

Machine for shoe cleaning is available for you in the entrance hall free of charge.

TV channels and news free of charge

More than 200 television channels and local and foreign news 24 hours a day free of charge.

Additional sale

Wide choice of exclusive Art Deco pieces and other souvenirs are offered at our reception desk. We have also basic sanitary products prepared for you.

Your children

We are ready to take care of babies and children. Ranging from baby cots, food, plays and toys to babysitting. Please let us know your demand in advance.

Your pets

Although we like animals very much, spatial possibilities of our historical building are limited. Please contact us, if your pet travels with you.

After a busy day, we would like to arrange a rest in a luxurious wellness centre Holmes Place, which is situated 15 minutes from our Residence. Ask our staff for more information.
