"New Year In Prague What A Treat"

We were very impressed with the size of the bed and the lovely marble bath room with plush fixtures and fttings, under floor heating and air conditioning which warmed the space with ease.

Booked the hotel through last minute.com after looking at the rave reviews written on this site we stayed for 5 nights in room 10 ignac and were very impressed with the size of the bed and the lovely marble bath room with plush fixtures and fttings, under floor heating and air conditioning which warmed the space with ease. I would say to anyone thinking of booking this hotel to do so however dont expect bacon and eggs in the morning as breakfast in Prague is VERY continental, bread,ham, slices of cheese and fruit juice, boiled eggs etc. The hotel has its own cafe which serves a lovely but fairly limited menu and nice cocktails - a bit pricey in comparison to some other local establishments. The new year celebrations were great, we opted to be in the old town square for this as it was far prettier than wenceslas square and a bit less crowded. Fire works are freely set off in the street though so be careful. Food on the whole in most restaurants is good but can take some tracking down, guides are a life saver. It snowed on our first day here which was amazing, people chucking snow balls at each other and having fun. On the whole prague is a beautifull city - my wife and I loved it!
