"Top hotel in every respect"

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Their English was superb and they went out of their way to provide advice and assistance to make our stay memorable. They helped us by booking theatre and concert tickets and restaurants.

We had read rave reviews about the Santini Residence on this website but, despite this, our expectations were exceeded.

Every detail made this one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in.

To start with the location of the Santini Residence is ideal, being located half way between the castle and the Charles' Bridge. The immediate area is quaint with lots of good places to eat. The road is quiet at night and the rooms are set back - it was even quieter than our Derbyshire village at night.

The room we stayed in (No 6) was a tastefully decorated suite with a kitchen area, living room, bedroom, bathroom and a separate shower room! All the furnishings were comfortable and the bed in particular was great. The entire hotel was extremely clean.

Breakfast can be taken in the restaurant or in your own room and was a Czech feast - far more than most people could eat.

I can't find the smallest detail that is negative.
