Santini Residence is a picturesque house from the 17^th century situated in Nerudova street, which used to be a part of the Royal Road. It lies on the left bank of the river Vltava not far from the famous Charles bridge, the Lesser Town square with its principal feature, the St. Nicholas church, as well as the lovely Petřín gardens, renowned Kampa island – a favourite with the Prague artists, and many, many more unforgettable landmarks of the Lesser Town.
