After several years of reconstruction, House number 211 in Nerudova street had finally liven up and invites you to its beautiful expanses. Thanks to sensitive approach it was succeeded to preserve original painted ceilings, ancient arches and wooden joists, which you might admire even nowadays.

Valkounsky house where is currently to be found the Residence's seat, owes its name to the former of famous architectonic style "Baroque Gothic". Jan Blazej Santini - Aichel by right became the most original representative of Czech high baroque and had merit in numerous significant buildings. Besides many others, he participated in resemblance of St. Nicholas cathedral which is the dominant of the Lesser Town.

Santini Residence offers 8 luxury suites and 1 special executive room with atmosphere full of charm. There is an elegantly furnished meeting room available for up to 12 people at your disposal, especially suitable for closed meetings or sessions, business lunches or private dinners.

Our restaurant offers light Mediterranean meals in combination with the exceptional wines. Come to taste "Tagliatelle with spinach" served according to the recommendation of our Chef with light Italian Chianti. Our delicious "Tapas" made entirely from fresh raws will certainly make your business meeting or friendly chat even more enjoyable.
