Our reservation process is very simple. You will be able to book your room within only three steps.
Booking a room simply in three steps
- Select the dates of arrival and departure and enter the number of guests and rooms. Click the Check Availability button.
- Select your preferred room type or particular room. You can also choose one of our attractive packages. You will also find a list of extra services and amenities to be chosen if interested.
- Step three summarizes selected room and services. Please read cancellation and payment policies carefully. If you like to confirm the reservation please fill all required fields, tick the box regarding cancellation and payment policies and press confirm. Done. After that you will receive Reservation confirmation to your mail box.
You can also make a reservation via telephone, e-mail or a contact form. Please find details in Contacts.
If you find a lower rate for Santini Residence on another site just let us know and we'll refund the difference to you. It's that easy.

Standard rate
This rate is applicable to any room type, any date as well as any length of stay.
Standard rates include VAT and all the taxes, rich a la carte breakfast served into the room, welcome drink, high-speed Internet connection, coffee and tea making facilities, room service charge and basic services of Business Centre.
Standard rate is for double occupancy per room.
Extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charges.

How to book a particular room?
Do you like one of our rooms so much you would be willing to prepay that? We have prepared a special offer for you that will guarantee you will get your preferred room. Particular rooms are bookable on-line through our booking engine and must be booked at least 10 days in advance.
