"No Need To Stay Anywhere Else"

There was once a song by Berlin called "take my breath away", that is exactly what this room did as we walked in. Probably the biggest room I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was fantastic.

"The BEST hotel we have stayed at!"

Then we switched to Santini Residence and fell in love. Santini Residence is an old building converted into a small hotel with preserved beams and frescos. All the rooms a unique and different. infact only one room is not a suite, the executive room and thats where we stayed. I was amazing in size and finish.

"Great Hotel"

To top it all off It was my birthday while we were there and when we arrived back to the hotel after a day sight seeing there was a bottle of champagne on ice with a card wishing me a happy birthday I had not told them it was my birthday so they must have it on record from the booking but I was well chuffed.

The location is great - 10 mins walk from the Charles Bridge and sat just underneath the castle. You really felt you were walking away from the touristy hussle and back to something a little more upmarket and quiet as you strolled back after an evening out.

This hotel is a fantastic little place. I contacted them a few days prior to arriving to check the reservation, and they gladly offered to arrange a taxi to meet us at the hotel. We arrived and were met by lovely staff who made us feel exceptionally welcome.

"Loved it, loved it, loved it!!"

The staff on reception were superb, they couldn't have been more helpful with any requests we made. The rooms are lovely, all suites from what i can gather. Ours was a spacious lounge/dining area with separate bedroom and bathroom (the nicest shower ever) and all spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

"Wonderful Hotel"

You were right, this hotel was a wonderful experience! It has only recently opened having been three years in renovating. We stayed in the smallest suite which was in fact extremely spacious and had all you could expect from a top hotel including a room safe and air conditioning.

"Amazing hotel"

The staff here couldn't have been any more helpful, booking restaurants and arranging bottles of champagne to our room at whatever time of night we asked. Breakfast was served to the room and was huge with a choice of 4 different breakfasts. We stayed in room 11, a luxury suite.

We stayed in room 6 .. the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in spotlessly clean ( as was the whole hotel ) , lounge area , nice big bed LCD TVx2 , great showers and bathrooms with floor heating which is a nice little treat.

"Near Perfection"

This is a hotel which is difficult to fault. Right from the airport pick up to departure everything was organised for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfasts to die for, and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We could not work out how to fully utilise two bathrooms and two LCD tv's between the two of us!

"Outstanding Weekend Retreat"

It was much better than we had expected. The quality of the accomodation was just superb. We stayed in the "Veronica Suite" which is the largest of the Santini's 9 rooms and were not disappointed. Breakfast was excellent.

This is without doubt the nicest hotel I've stayed in (and I've stayed in a few). Emailed hotel to book pickup from airport. They replied within the hour with a very courteous reply. The rooms are huge, the staff friendly and the location excellent.....not much more you can ask for.

"Fantastic Hotel"

The rooms are beautiful and decorated in a tasteful and elegant way. We booked a suite which was enormous. It is perfectly located close to the centre of Prague, with Charles Bridge only about a five minute walk away.

My wife and I stayed for our first anniversary, and I agreed with the concierge for a great bunch of flowers directly in our room at arrival. Rooms are lovely, completely and accurately restored but with the original beauty and romance of antique Prague, for instance the painted wooden ceilings.

If you are looking for excellant service, attention to detail and fantastic accomadation in a truly lovely city location then this is for you. We requested the hotel limousine to collect/return us to the airport, which cost 650 CKZ each way. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were always happy and welcoming.

On the second of our four nights at the hotel, my wife left her handbag, full of cash, passports, and credit cards, in a neighborhood restaurant. That night one of the front desk staff members tracked down the owner. The next morning we were greeted by with a smile and the news that the bag was waiting for us. Everything was there.

"Wonderful Santini & Prague"

All the staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. It was my Husband's birthday so we also booked an evening meal, which was very nice, we felt very relaxed and at home here. Breakfasts served to the room were incredible and a choice to suit all tastes. We had a meal in our room one night (at no extra charge), we slept like logs each night and would recommend Santini to anyone.

"Fabulous Holiday in Prague"

Our room was a junior suite and was enormous and absoutely beautiful with luxurious furnishings and a stunning traditional painted ceiling. We were impressed with the little kitchen area and well stocked mini-bar. We also loved having our breakfast in our room each morning, quite often enjoying it in our lovely fluffy bathrobes!

This was our second stay at the Santini Residences and our third to Prague. Just as impressive as the first occasion. Amazing room, great breakfasts, with a very wide choice, served in your room. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - the most helpful we have ever experienced. Attention to detail is great. Right from the booking and queries to the airport pick-up we could not fault a thing. Friendly, helpful, courteous all with perfect English.

"The Gold Standard in the Golden City"

We spent an unbelievable weekend, booked pretty last minute (2 weeks before), at the Santini Residence in Prague. We were blown away by the hotel from the start, and felt like we needed an additional 2 days to appreciate just the hotel, on top of exploring Prague. The suite was just stunning, and the shower a little slice of heaven. You can choose to have breakfast (a full English if you so desire) delivered to your room at a time of your choosing for no extra charge, or have it in the restaurant if you prefer.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. A real highlight was breakfast delivered to your room for no extra charge. Without doubt one of the best Hotels I've stayed in and would definitely recommend to anyone.
