For your full convenience, we are happy to assist you, be it with tickets for various cultural, social or sports events, guided Prague sightseeing tours, reservations in selected restaurants, tickets for public transport or any other services you may require. We also offer a map of Prague free of charge.

First aid

First aid kit is at hand 24 hours a day at the reception desk. We can arrange a visit of medical specialist in case of a serious injury or illness.

Luggage storage

We will store your luggage any time you need.

Business centre 24 hours a day

Our business centre offers you constant internet access over high-speed internet connection, computer with LCD monitor, printer, direct phone line, fax machine, photocopier, 24-hour world headline news, several magazines and books.

Services of Residence limousines

If you wish to be picked up from the airport or you need to be on time at a business meeting, our exclusive limousines are available for you to take you safely and easily around Prague or to other selected destinations.

Parking

In line with your demand, we will be happy to provide a parking place for you close to the Residence.

Room service

Wide range of cold and hot drinks as well as refreshments is available for you daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Dry cleaning and ironing

We reliably arrange laundry, ironing and dry cleaning of your clothing during working days within 24 hours, Sundays and during holidays, at least one working day is required.

Shoe cleaning

Machine for shoe cleaning is available for you in the entrance hall free of charge.

TV channels and news free of charge

More than 200 satellite channels, local and foreign news 24 hours a day free of charge. Several DVDs are to your disposal at our reception as well.

Additional sale

Wide choice of exclusive souvenirs is available at our reception desk. We have also basic sanitary products should you require any.

Your children

We are ready to provide care of babies and children. Ranging from baby cots, food, plays and toys to babysitting. Please let us know your demand in advance.

Your pets

Although we like animals a lot, space within our historical building is limited. Please contact us, if your pet travels with you.

Fitness and wellness activities

After a busy day, we would be happy to arrange a restful session in some nearby luxurious wellness centres. Ask our staff for more information.
